The New Harbour Distillery – You, me & GT

We have put together a gin and tonic cocktail recipe’s to make anyone fall in love with you. You will need: - 1 shot Spekboom Gin - Half a shot of Hibiscus and Ginger Simple Syrup - Few drops of Grape Fruit Bitters - Indian Tonic - Strawberries & fresh Thyme for garnish Insert Ice, Spekboom Gin & Simple Syrup in a cold glass. New Harbour Distillery – The "Fancy" One

Feeling fancy? This Spekboom Gin & MCC Cocktail is a flavour explosion of sweet floral and fruity notes. It’s got that extra kick of love for a well-rounded, elegant, pretty & enjoyable cocktail. You will need: 1 shot Spekboom Gin 1 shot Hibiscus & Ginger Simple Syrup 2 shots of your favourite MCC or Sparkling Wine (not included in the kit) 1 Indian Tonic (not included in the kit) Freeze-dried Strawberry Garnish (by FAVES) 3 drops of Grapefruit Bitters Fresh garnish: [Just add nature] Rose petals (not included in the kit) Make it: With lots of ice in a shaker, add the Spekboom Gin and simple syrup and shake it like you mean it. Pour into your most elegant cocktail class, add the MCC and top up with tonic. Garnish with the freeze-dried strawberries and rose petals.
