New Harbour Distillery – The "Fancy" One
Feeling fancy? This Spekboom Gin & MCC Cocktail is a flavour explosion of sweet floral and fruity notes. It’s got that extra kick of love for a well-rounded, elegant, pretty & enjoyable cocktail.
You will need:
1 shot Spekboom Gin
1 shot Hibiscus & Ginger Simple Syrup
2 shots of your favourite MCC or Sparkling Wine (not included in the kit)
1 Indian Tonic (not included in the kit)
Freeze-dried Strawberry Garnish (by FAVES)
3 drops of Grapefruit Bitters
Fresh garnish: [Just add nature]
Rose petals (not included in the kit)
Make it:
With lots of ice in a shaker, add the Spekboom Gin and simple syrup and shake it like you mean it. Pour into your most elegant cocktail class, add the MCC and top up with tonic. Garnish with the freeze-dried strawberries and rose petals. Add the grapefruit bitters for that extra vibrant and fruity notes.
